Draaitabel: draaitabel afgelopen 4 weken -

Als u een draaitabel wilt maken die de gegevens van de afgelopen 4 weken weergeeft (dwz een voortschrijdende 4 weken), kunt u een hulpkolom aan de brongegevens toevoegen om records in de afgelopen vier weken te markeren, en vervolgens de hulpkolom gebruiken om de gegevens te filteren in de draaitabel. In het getoonde voorbeeld is de huidige datum 25 augustus 2019 en de draaitabel toont 4 volledige vorige. Wanneer er in de loop van de tijd nieuwe gegevens worden toegevoegd, blijft de draaitabel de afgelopen 4 weken volgen op basis van de huidige datum.

Velden

In de weergegeven draaitabel zijn er vier velden in de brongegevens: Datum, Verkoop, Week en Filter. Filter is een hulpkolom met een formule die de afgelopen 4 weken markeert. Week is een hulpkolom die de maandag voor een bepaalde datum retourneert (alleen voor het gemak). Verkoop is het waardeveld en Week is toegevoegd als een rijveld om op week te groeperen:

De formule die wordt gebruikt in D5 (Week), gekopieerd, is:

=B5-WEEKDAY(B5,3)

Deze formule retourneert de maandag van de week voor een bepaalde datum.

De formule die wordt gebruikt in E5 (Filter), gekopieerd, is:

=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-28,B5

This formula checks for dates in the last n weeks. It returns TRUE when a date is in the last 4 complete weeks, and FALSE if not. See the link for a full explanation.

Customizing week count

To customize the weeks displayed, adjust the Filter formula as needed to increase or decrease days. For example, to display the last 6 weeks (42 days), use:



=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-42,B5

Steps

  1. Add helper column for Week with the formula above
  2. Add helper column for Filter with the formula above
  3. Create a pivot table
  4. Add Sales as a Value field
  5. Add Week as a Row field
  6. Set number formatting for Week as desired
  7. Add helper column as a Filter, filter on TRUE
